Fall tune-ups for heating and cooling package units.

1. Change the filters.
2. Inspect the heat exchangers.
3. Inspect the unit's electrical system.
4. To ensure proper operation, perform heating start-up on unit.

Fall tune-ups for boilers.

1. Open the boiler doors.
2. Clean the fire tubes or water tubes with turbine brush cleaner.
3. Change the door gasketing as well as man-hole and hand-hole gaskets.
4. Inspect the low water cut-off assembly. Replace gaskets if necessary.
5. Clean and inspect the burner.
6. To ensure proper operation, perform boiler start-up.
7. During operational season, perform complete combustion analysis.
