Hartgrove Hospital
For the economic and physical health of a new Chicago
psychiatric inpatient hospital facility, Team Fire Protection’s solution
offered the right prescription. TFP provided Hartgrove Hospital’s
91,000+ square-foot, non-combustible, newly constructed complex with a
complete fire protection system that was code-compliant and
cost-effective. Working efficiently to require minimum time and effort
from the general contractor, TFP installed a fire sprinkler system that
promptly received healthy scores from both Illinois Department of Health
and City of Chicago inspections.
Argonne Laboratory
Argonne Laboratory’s technologically ambitious expansion warranted a
failsafe fire sprinkler system. The research facility developed a new
6,000 square-foot non-combustible supercomputing space within an
existing building; modifications to the existing sprinkler system
combined with new construction. Team built a system around the
supercomputing equipment and extensive cable tray layouts. A
double-interlock preaction system was constructed above the ceiling and
below the computer floor. TFP’s high-speed approach to budgeting and
servicing, along with competitive pricing, assured quick implementation
and adoption in this leading-edge organization.
Holiday Inn Express
A 1920s hotel structure needed to move into the new
millennium -- via the fast lane -- for Holiday Inn Express. The talent
of Team Fire Protection drove the code-compliant sprinkler system
project forward. Extensive surveys of the 15-story downtown Chicago
hotel building, covering 52,000 square feet, developed a clear picture
of existing conditions, and defined needs for the new system. TFP won
the job thanks to a strong track record, and the group’s efficiency and
thoroughness.
